Big Build goes for Cubicle Centre

Cairngorm Toilet Cubicles and Vanity Unit Panels

Keswick Rugby Club’s clubhouse facilities were originally built in 1958 with help from the local community to house just one senior men’s team. Now having 21 teams across Junior and Senior levels, the club had now outgrown the facilities and thus THE BIG BUILD project began.

THE BIG BUILD was a £2.2m project made possible with grants and local sponsorships which saw a fantastic new Clubhouse built at high level above the previous flood levels, catering for the modern demands of the club.

With a population of 5000, Keswick Rugby Club has a membership of over 800, which shows just how important a resource this new clubhouse will be for not only the teams, but the town

The clubhouse has 6 ensuite changing rooms, on the second floor with separate male, female and disabled toilets on the first floor accessible from the bar. Facilities manager, Louisa Burton specified cubicles from the Cairngorm range with Mermaid door panels and Meta Silver wall and pillaster panels for toilet cubicles and for a separate changing cubicles, with matching CGL vanity units in the player changing rooms.
CGL vanity units were specified in the Ladies and Gents toilets in a matching colour scheme throughout.

Compact Grade Laminate is a water resistant panel substrate, making it ideal for wetrooms with a high volume of traffic such as a team changing room.

Cubicle Centre is a leading manufacturer of washroom panel products in the UK.
An extensive range of toilet cubicles and washroom systems are available on a manufacture and supply basis – all designed to allow for simple installation by a competent tradesperson.

recently worked with Cubicle Centre for the supply of washroom cubicles for our new facilities in our new build club house. From the outset, their team was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the planning and ordering process. They provided valuable advice on materials and finishes, and their customer service was consistently courteous and solution-oriented.

While there were a few issues with the dimensions in the initial delivery, we appreciated how quickly the team acknowledged the mistakes and took steps to correct them. Their willingness to resolve the problems without hesitation demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Overall, we are very pleased with the end result and would work with Cubicle Centre again in the future, particularly because of their approachable team and dedication to service.
